Sarah and Alex chose a large 3 tiered wedding cake (12",10",8") decorated with hand painted brush embroidery and blue sugar hydrangeas, yellow freesias and white roses. Their cake flavours were rich fruitcake laced with brandy and sherry and covered in marzipan, carrot and walnut cake filled with a creamy vanilla frosting and a vanilla sponge filled with strawberry frosting… both covered with white chocolate ganache
